Getting paid
Invoicing comes with Pro and Business, and so do online payments and QuickBooks. Customers pay from the link on their invoice, by card, or by US bank debit where your Stripe account allows it, and the payment is recorded for you.
- The money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe’s fees are yours, and Fifi adds none (see Stripe’s pricing, as of October 2026).
- Online payments are for US businesses and US dollars.
- QuickBooks Online syncs automatically; QuickBooks Desktop takes an export file.
Ask Fifi add-on
Ask Fifi is an add-on for Pro and Business: $5 a month for 50 questions a month. It answers questions about your workspace and drafts campaigns for you to review; it never sends one.
Texting
Texting is on Business: up to 300 texts a day and 2,000 a month for the workspace. US carriers charge a one-time registration fee, passed on at cost: from $19.50, and from $1.50 a month. Texts can’t be bought in extra packs.
Billing questions
How does annual billing work?
Pay for twelve months at ten times the monthly price, which is two months free. Everything else about the plan is the same.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Fifi says the plan has no room for another one and points you to Settings → Plan, and stops only that action. Nothing is deleted and everything else keeps working. Move to a bigger plan, or free up room, and carry on.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Changing plans never deletes anything. Email Fifi support to move up or down while billing is being set up.
Is there a free trial?
Free is the trial. It has no time limit and needs no credit card. Try the live samples, then start your own workspace.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. A feature your plan no longer includes is hidden and stops running, and comes back, with everything in it, when you move back up.
