Dashboard and daily digest
The Dashboard is your day at a glance. The daily digest emails you what's due each morning.
Who can do it: everyone. Each person's dashboard and digest are their own.
The dashboard
Click Dashboard in the menu, or press g then d. You'll see "Good morning, ‹name›" and Your day at a glance.

| Get started | A checklist for a new workspace, for its business type and the modules that are on: add your logo, turn on what you need, invite a teammate, bring in your customers, connect your email (the ★ steps), then set up booking, kennels, products, invoicing and more. Each step is ticked from what's really in the workspace and has a Guide link. It goes away when the ★ steps are done or the workspace is a month old. A member sees "Ask an owner or admin" on the steps only one can take. |

The Email card says "Connect your email to see emails needing a reply here." until you connect a mailbox.
Pin reports to your dashboard
- Open a saved report (Reports → the report).
- Click Pin to dashboard. You'll see "Pinned to your dashboard."
- To remove it, click Unpin on the report.
You can pin up to 12. To reorder tiles, drag the grip on a tile, or use its Move earlier / Move later buttons. With the keyboard: Space to pick up, arrow keys to move, Space to drop.
Pins are personal. Tile results refresh every minute. If a shared report is made private or deleted, it comes off other people's dashboards.
The daily digest
Around 7:00 in your time zone, Fifi emails you a short list of your open tasks:
- Overdue
- Today
Each group lists up to 20 tasks, then "and N more". Owners and admins also see a count of upcoming bookings whose teammate has left. If nothing is due, there's no email.
The subject is like "3 tasks need you today in Acme".
It's on by default, one per workspace. You get at most 5 digests a day, from the workspaces you joined first.
Turn the digest off or on
- Switch to the workspace.
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Use the Daily digest for ‹workspace› switch. You'll see "Digest on." or "Digest off."
Or click Turn it off in any digest email, then Stop the daily digest. That only affects that workspace.
The digest follows the Timezone in Settings → Profile.
Note: the digest is sent by Resend. If this Fifi hasn't been set up with Resend, no digest goes out.
Troubleshooting
- No digest arrived. Check the switch in Settings → Profile for that workspace, that you have tasks overdue or due today, and your spam folder. You get at most 5 a day.
- The digest came at the wrong time. Set your Timezone in Settings → Profile.
- A pinned tile says "Fifi is busy running reports. Reload in a minute." Reload shortly.
- A tile says "This report took too long. Open it to narrow it down." Add filters to the report.
- "Your dashboard already has 12 reports. Unpin one first." Unpin one.
